First weekend of the season....

The Football League Kicked off this weekend anyone seen any talking points in the opening round of fixtures?

I did notice that Darren Sheldrake had a busy game, 12 Yellow cards in Stevenage Vs Oldham and a score of 3-4

Yep, but so many of those were niggly things, he generally had a bad game and struggled with player control. Bit biased coming from a Stevenage fan but he was poor.

Ah Mike, another Stevenage fan on here! I was at the game and was feeling very awkward for him, it was glaringly obvious that he really did struggle. Came out with the early yellow for Hills to attempt to nip things in the bud and set an example, and it completely backfired on him.

It's very difficult to judge when to bring out the card in some games at a high level. Because he brought out a card for that he had to keep consistent for the rest of the game and it didn't really work!
