First observation

Hi all. Just looking for any hints or tips regarding an observation I’ve got coming up. I’m a new referee in my first season and am being observed on the women’s pathway, which means it’s an observation and not the match day coaching thing from men’s L7-6. I considered putting this in another part of the forum but felt this would be best bet.

Don’t try and change anything manage the game as you would normally. It’s more for your development then anything. Smile and enjoy

I have just uploaded the 4W-3W Observation report template to the resources section. That should give you an idea as to what the observer will be looking for.
