Feigning during kicks from the penalty spot

theoretical situation. Game ends a draw after extra time. Kicks from the penalty spot will decide the game.

One of the kickers falls foul of feigning after their run up has been completed but does score. In normal time, this is a caution usb and a retake. (Never had this happen mind )

Is it the same in kicks from the penalty spot at end of game?

LOTG apply at kicks from the mark, according to the FIFA section on law 14...

Although from next season in the revised Laws this will count as a miss, whatever the result of the kick.
