FAMOA number

I have to fill in my first misconduct report and it is asking for my FAMOA number. I haven't joined the ra yet but intend to. What is it? Do I have one? How can I find it? What should I write down?

Also what is my NPD number, is that just my FAN?

It's all a bit confusing first time.

npd is fan, you can leave famoa blank

at least ... you can in sussex

I got my FAMOA number through when I passed my six games. I never realised that the NPD was the FAN. Before I got my numbers I just left them blank. No one ever complained.

F.A. Match Officials Association....now replaced by RA-FA which runs Incentive scheme - points for games refereed, assistant refereed, ra meetings attended, training courses attended, matches attended as an assessor, etc - points can be used to purchase refereeing equipment

Well your FA number is your lr number they gave u at the start of the season
