FAMOA Incentive Scheme

I've heard about an FAMOA Incentive Scheme (What I found was a book from 2008-09). It is a logbook in a black wallet, and for each game you get points which the more points the more incentives. When I look it up, theres nothing apart from the RA Scheme.

Any body shed some light as to whether it's still around?

No it's not I don't think. People were cheating the system I think. Correct me if wrong anyone.

Defo dead....

Cheating everywhere, then became too expensive (ie little discount).

Was supposedly suspended for a season for review i.e. kicked into the long grass.
Coincidentally the FA have just launched their own referee shop.
