FA Badging on New Ref Kit

Hi guys, when I passed my basic course I bought a new kit (as you do) but it didn't come with a badge. Now, something in the back of my mind told me that I read somewhere that until you became a level 7 ref you couldn't wear your county or FA badge on your kit. Can anyone confirm if this is correct? And also are you supposed to wear your county badge or the generic FA badge? Thanks as ever for your help!

Im not 100% on this but as long as your registered with a County you can wear there badge the umbro PGMO kit comes with the FAMOA badge anyway .
 
Not heard of not being able to wear the county badge until you are a level 7.

As for badges, for County cup games, then yes, wear the county badge. For other games, some leagues want you to display the league badge.

Personally, i have a kit with the County badge, and another with the FA badge for games that aren't County Cup games
 
You won't get the FA Referee badge aka FAMOA badge until you have completed you become a level 7 or 8. County badges are not affected by this.
