Ervocom Vibrations

Recently bought a pair of Ervocoms. They’re great but I’ve noticed there is no difference between the vibrations from AR1 or AR2 signals. Is this normal? From all that I’ve read it seems to suggest the receiver should give two distinguishing signals for different AR1’s.

Read the instructions my man (I know, the very last resort!)
Take the cap off the end of the flag and use the tool (provided) to turn the thingymejiggy (changes the vibration/noise from each flag)

Assuming your flags are new(ish) and not an older model
