I’m usually sceptical of this sort of commentary but if that’s verified he’s definitely done for this tournament. By all means review and stick with decision but to wave away when recommended? That’s a major breach of protocols

Do we know there was actually a recommendation for an OFR? I’ve heard it asserted on a couple of plays, but it’s totally unclear to me if that actually happened or if someone inferred from the check going on tht the R waved off a recommendation from the VAR without actually knowing it.
