I got this one wrong in the LOTG quiz for February. I agree with a previous comment that if anything it should be for delay the restart without further context in the scenario...

This question is also vague. It implies SPA but does not explicitly say it is SPA
I'm not impressed by the way the FA are taking questions from IFAB and then using the source of the questions as the basis of integrity without vetting them for clear answers.
The good folk at the FA perhaps don't have as good a grip on Law as some of the members on here. It's farcical

I really really did not like this question for partly the reason you point out.
But also, before the 2016 re-write it said about a player deliberately handling the ball to prevent it going to an opponent was a caution but that specific example was removed.
 
Who used to do those “You Are The Ref” cartoons about 30 years ago? They’re probably more useful.

We had a right stinker in our RA quiz last night where none of the options were correct, but “none of the above” wasn’t an answer. The answer was what was *expected* not what does Law say.
