Hi all,

Does anyone on here know what is meant by group 1 & group 2 Level 7 referees? I got an e-mail from the Essex FA about the Referees Academy and it says that at the top.

I assume it's simply a method of grouping them for email or meeting purposes, nothing 'official' so to speak (unlike 2a and 2b)
 
Sorry if this is considered to be a thread from the dead, but it refers to your location within the Essex County.
