As a newly qualified referee, you should have been given free membership of the Referees Association, so the local branch should be able to help you.
Failng that, the County FA should have provided you with a mentor in at least one of your first games - if not, e-mail the Referee Development Officer to request one.
As another alternative, ask the Referee Appointments Officer of the league(s) you have joined - they will put you in touch with a helpful colleague.
You should have the contact details for the Referee Developers who ran the course - they will help.
You will hopefully get messages on here from more experienced local referees.
You can also use this forum at any time to ask questions - we are a helpful bunch
