Oh this is a classic. Found my signed autobiography (/diary of a season) the other day while decorating and having a clear out. Always been a fan of his, he’s a good egg.
 
Don't think Tony Adams or Lee Dixon's voices had broken 😂

I wonder if any grassroots refs have red carded a player for calling them a cheat and had the player respond, "Tony Adams did on camera and got away with it?" (Along with many others these days 🤬 )
 
It just goes to show that the abuse of referees isn't anything new, it has always been there and always ignored at the top levels.

as ever the perverse thing is if this ref came to watch grass roots and you allowed yourself to be abused like that, he would hammer you
the clips horrendous and does not show this man in a goid light at all
Eap having been present at Annfield when he sent Denis Irwin off for delaying restart, kinda casing point the man might be a walking law book and a highly intelligent person, but, zero skills with people
