I’ll make it clear I’m saying this with a bit of a Wales hat on.

But around 59’, looks like it should’ve been DOGSO on the first look, pushes him down with the arm, through on goal, 10-15 yards out the area.

Isn’t shielding the ball imo.

Interested in peoples thoughts? Is this just me having some bias in my head?

If it's the same incident I can see then I can agree with the first part of your post. You are looking at it with a bit of Wales hat on (a very big hat I'd say)

Which arm did he push him with? They ran side by side with side body contact untill they both fell to the ground.

Having drawn the game, and with crisis averted, I think you’re right, it isn’t pushing.

It felt as thought he almost moved his arm back into his chest, but I think I was searching a bit
