Corner flags

A lot of 3g pitches have these like roll on corner flags but they have a big base on them which if someone collided with could get a nasty injury.

One final conundrum.....’appropriate authorities ‘.....which is?

Given it mentions submitting report, I would imagine the league and maybe CFA/FA depending on which competition?

Only after bending the other one to make sure it was fair on both sides...

I think at grassroots I would play the match so long as long as it’s definitely safe.
I’d explain to both managers that I know it’s again the laws.
It’d be the same for both teams etc.

I won't trouble myself. I'd just make sure they swapped sides at half time.

Would say appropriate authorities = League for a league match, County FA for a county cup match, and FA if an FA Vase or other nationally organized competition.
