I know there's been threads before about confidence and I came across this a few months ago so thought I'd share.
It's a video from Ray Lewis, a legendary American footballer (I'm a big fan) and he's very well known for "pump up's" before a game to get his team going.
I know listen to this video on the way to games or just before I play any other sport and find it relaxes me so though it might work for some others on here
