COMET App 'You are not allowed to execute this action!'

Anyone else ever had this error message before when trying to confirm a match appointment on the app.

I imagine it's suggesting I don't have the correct user permissions to confirm the appointment. It's the first game I've had on the app also.

Would this be some I need to contact comet directly or would it be my refs association secretary or is there some settings I can change myself somewhere?

Assuming that you are in Wales as a Comet user, you need to follow the instructions laid down in the FAW Comet website, which will help you to get access.

Sometimes logging out and logging back in again fixes this issue. Also check to make sure you are not on Demo mode.

Turns out a permissions box hadn't been clicked to allow me to confirm appointments. Needed an email to association secretary.

When comet works it is great, but it really can be completely useless if not set up properly.
