After publishing all these 'clarifications', I bet IFAB still don't realise the laws could be written more clearly, which would remove the need for clarifications.

IFAB said they'll discuss the goal kick trickery; does anyone know when they'll discuss it?
That's because the goal kick was already covered in Circular 16:

Er not really covered to the point where we have a law that is clear. There was no clarification in c16, the can was just kicked down the road
