1st of many games to watch this weekend, with the weekend off work.

Simon Hooper just gave a free kick to Brentford, where the player "fouled" went down on nicking the ball.
Anyone else see Hooper actually motion with his hand to the Brentford player to "get up" before then bringing it back for a foul with the player staying down?

Yep saw this too. Looked like a few players did as well.
 
Neil Maupay with one of the most stupid yellow cards of the season. Whilst warming up as a sub on the sidelines, arcs his warm up run over the line onto the pitch and nudges the ball that Cole Palmer has placed for a Chelsea free kick, then laughs when shown the yellow card. :eek:

I actually missed this due to delivery at the door but heard about it last night.
Made me laugh, but yes, the most stupidest thing a player could do before coming on.
 
Ref should have issued two cautions: one for entering the F.O.P. without permission and another for delaying the restart. Wonder if he would have been laughing then.
