Anyone else think Sarr could have been off for the challenge that led to his goal being disallowed?

Would’ve been the first time I can remember VAR disallowed a goal and sent the Goalscorer off

If he did, this would be one of those where you will hear football does not expect too see a red card here.

Pawson was at the screen for such a long time I actually thought he was going to stick with his original decision but there was talk maybe he was there to debate whether to yellow or red card as a sanction.

I think red could be justified, but yellow was the better outcome for me. It’s more of a glancing blow and the leg is bent.

That said, I agree with Ange that it should not have taken that long to look at it

There was very little force involved, would be a real push to say it was SFP.
