Happy with foul. I can stretch to acceptance either side of that i.e. no foul or foul and caution if the referee gives the right explanation of how they have interpreted the situation..
Ball there to be won, both players challenging with heads at the same height. Foul. Nothing else for me.
Certainly not close to a red card though in my opinion.

The basic thought process was 'obviously endangered the opponent's safety.' To put a bit more meat on that though, he's come from behind the opponent at speed and forcefully thrown his head in such that the opponent would have to take avoiding action to avoid a potentially serious head injury.
