Before the start of my match today i was talking to the home manager and the topic arose of sending in reports (he brought up the subject) and said that one referee in one match a few months ago sent off one of his players for headbutting the opposition. After the match the referee told him he wasn't going to send the report in and to make sure the player behaves himself. I was absolutely gobsmacked..
