MCS (Match Changing Situation) as I understand it this season.

Every player movement on the pitch is a match changing situation, so is every referee decision.

Not quite how I see it but everyone has their own opinion ...

I personally preferred KMD/KMI myself which I think lends itself more to the whole idea of observing a referee but then I don't make the rules.
