11th May 1985, 56 fans went to watch a football match and never got home. Gone but should never be forgotten. Bradford City fire disaster. R.I.P.

Remember watching on TV and then driving past to see my nan. As a football-loving kid - and Liverpool fan - there were a few years there that were just harrowing viewing. Incredibly sad. RIP.

We'd just had our first child on 06/05/85 and I remember holding her at home in our flat and watching this on our Black and white portable telly!!! Yes, we were that poor!!! My cousin was there as they lived in Gomersal a district of Bradford, luckily he was Ok and wasn't affected by this..

I drive past every other year and always choke a bit. I remember seeing it rise up again. Super sad.

I always think this is the 'forgotten' football tragedy. Hillsborough and Heysel live on but somehow Bradford, like Ibrox seems to have faded into the past. It should never be forgotten.
I shall never forget the harrowing scenes.
