My first game watching this level. 300 fans crammed into the Chesterfield Stadium. Don’t know the boys in Black but I’ll keep you informed!

No, but the ref did! 
Ref did well, a couple of yellows and the red, nothing too taxing really. I’d love to see him with 22 angry Neanderthals to see if it’s talent or just an easy game...

Thing is, if he's refereeing at this level, he's probably done the 22 angry Neanderthals games. That's what you get at L7, you gradually get less of them as you move further up the pyramid
Yes I get that, but equally I’ve also seen level 5’s absolutely lose games that are out of their comfort zone. Some of them do get pampered upbringing!

Think the middle for that level is at least 4.
Was a level 2B I believe. Assistants were level 3s.

Not necessarily, some leagues don’t have them, some actually encourage respect and fair play! Some don’t seem to care! Anyway, he did well, then again, it was a cakewalk game!
