Do you need to complete a separate referee course to become a futsal referee? if not are you able to just read up on the rules and cover games?

There is a specific conversion course, I believe.
You should speak to your County FA and see what's on.

There is up here in Jockland Looking to get onto the next one my Local RA Run

pretty tricky as my CFA is the RAFFA and they don't run anythign towards futsal, my location currently is Carlisle.
