I've got my module 5 tomorrow and so I'll get my county FA badge. My Nike shirt has the FAMOA badge on it but after reading a previous thread someone has recommended not putting both badges on the same shirt. What's the general consensus?

Any County Cup game you do, you are required to wear County badge. Likewise in any FA Comp (FA Cup, Trophy, Vase, Youth Cup, Women's etc)
So you're saying have both? (I already have the FAMOA badge)

Up to you. There's nothing to stop you from doing it! I wear 2 badges on a number of games
