BAck pass to the GK

Player gives a back pass to the GK, the ball is about to enter the goal but the |GK hits the ball. It is IFK, what about sanctions?

And what GK touches the bal and it goes to the goal???

If by "hits the ball" you mean touches with hand then yes IFK and no sanction for "backpass" if the ball doesn't go in. If it does, give the goal and nothing else.
 
Just be aware that "backpass" is a misleading term and probably best avoided when analysing this, as it can lead you down the wrong path.

Firstly, the ball does not have to travel backwards and secondly not all passes are subject to this part of the law, only when they involve a ball that was deliberately kicked to the goalkeeper. If the ball was passed with a part of the body other than the foot, or if when kicked, it was not intended for the keeper, there is no offence.

The Law is quite clear on this:
An indirect free kick is awarded if a goalkeeper, inside their penalty area, commits any of the following offences:

  • controls the ball with the hand/arm for more than six seconds before releasing it
  • touches the ball with the hand/arm after releasing it and before it has touched another player
  • touches the ball with the hand/arm, unless the goalkeeper has clearly kicked or attempted to kick the ball to release it into play, after:
    • it has been deliberately kicked to the goalkeeper by a team-mate
    • receiving it directly from a throw-in taken by a team-mate
The advantage clause would override the offence, if it crosses the goal-line a goal is awarded. There are no disciplinary sanctions detailed in the LOTG.

@Zeigermaher Don’t take this the wrong way but it could be worth you going through the LOTG a few more times. I’ve noticed this section of the forum is pretty much straight forward questions by yourself all covered in there.

Agree, self learning is by far the best form of learning. The best approach would be to look it up first, much easier these days with a searchable PDF of the LOTG, then post on here if you are still struggling, or even if you want the answer that you think is correct validating.

Being spoon fed answers won't help anyone to improve.
