Censorship
Apologies for the caption in the tweet.
Can't help that.

More focused on Arteta.

There really needs to be more of a deterrent for coaches constantly out of their areas. Even more so when the play is by the touchline (could hamper an assistant seeing down the line or the actual play itself).
How many times have people been assistant and constantly have to ask people to move off the line?
Anyway... a simple yellow, even if its every game, will eventually cut it out.

EDIT: Can't allow a clip with that caption, you'll either need to find another clip or forget it. I know I talked about libel in a previous post, but that was both libellous and subjudice.

I assume this was Arteta stood on the touchline blocking Porto from taking a throw in?

This is typical Arteta, does it everything game and referees do nothing

Yeah, Arteta standing there to, I can't believe, delay restart.
It is a friendly and they're losing 1-0 to their neighbours.
