The Ref Stop
If that's handball let's just make it handball whenever the ball touches your hand/arm and be done with it.
Can it really be possible to be that high level a ref and never having played the game even with your mates?
The decision is astonishing

The Rest of The World are doing something completely different from what we see in The EPL, SPL and EFL
This the day after IFAB decided that 'deliberate' is still the default consideration (OP goal scoring stuff excepted)
And this is why I regularly slate the standard of officiating in the game
 
I know why this has happened...

Clearly, the English version of the LotG is the only one with the word 'deliberate' in it.
