I have to say I would have disallowed this goal.
He lurks off the pitch waiting for it. At this point, I would consider him off the pitch and he now needs my permission to come onto the pitch.
At worst I would have him as general unsporting behaviour and issue a card.
I could be wrong though! This goal was allowed.
