Albanian pen was never a pen. very harsh. Killed the game there and then.

Agree and disagree. Never a pen because there was no contact with the hand.

I don't agree with it killing the game. It DID change the course of the game but for all I know it could have ended up 6-0 if the pen wasn't given.

What killed the game was an Albanian player head butting a Scotland player after 20 mins with Scotland already ahead

No, the player who was penalised was sticking his arm right on in front/to the side

We're so far apart, there's no point debating any further as I don't think there's any chance of us agreeing on middle ground
What I would say, is I believe we'll all be giving these (if we're still refereeing) in a few years, because FIFA want any HB in the box given (contrary to the LOTG), so it's likely IFAB will follow suit; sadly
