After 4 oberservatuons

After 4 oberservatuons I am sitting on 72.32 going for level 4 we are told the FA are looking for 71 or above so hopefully I will get over the line?

I believe it depends also on how your peers are doing (plus other factors) but that's a good score to keep you in the mix!

It will depend on a mix of factors including:
Your score
Your colleagues’ score(s)
Your administration
How many level 4’s they need in each region
Maybe some other things I’ve left out if anyone could shed light ?
