How long does delivery take with refstore uk I'm in Ireland?

I've unfortunately had a bad experience with RefStore UK. I ordered 3 sets of B+D yellow and red cards on the 18th June and have not received any confirmation emails or the items. I have tried to contact them at least 4 times via their contact form on the website, their Facebook page and also their email address, without receiving a reply.

I may be an exception, but I definitely won't be using them again!
