Standard predetermined added time used to be 1 minutes for first half and 3 for second half.

It seems to me 2 and 6 are the popular predetermined added time minutes now when there hasn't been any obvious lengthy incidents. Has anyone else noticed the same?

If there are predetermined 2nd half added time Michael Oliver obviously didn't read the script.

Don't want to sound like an a**hole here, but I'm reading this and taking from it that there were roughly 6 mins of stoppages that were accounted for in LIV vs BOU, AVL vs NEW, BHA vs FUL and so on. I think you're reading into it too much tbh. I have noticed that 2 and 6 are used far more frequently, although I don't think that it's predetermined or being lazy. I think that is just how much time needs to be added on. I actually disagree about 6 being the most common though. In games with almost nothing in the 2nd half, I've noticed 4 and 5 being used more than 6.

I've just checked the 1st halves for you:

In same order as above:

3 mins
0 mins
1 min
0 mins
1 min
5 mins
4 mins
4 mins
1 min

So I also disagree with 2 being the easy option, as in 9 games it hasn't been used once.
