4-3W AR Appointments

Going for 3W this season. Does anyone know whether the 15 lines (including 5 Women's games) must be open-age? I note that for the 15 middles, it specifies open-age/adult games, but this is not mentioned for the lines.

I'm missing most of September and potentially April, so looking at how I can maximise 'promotion applicable' appointments. We have a competitive mid-week semi-pro U18s league that runs throughout the week, so these would be a good way to boost my AR games if they count.

While there doesn't seem to be an explicit restriction, youth games won't help your promotion prospects very much as the levels of appointments are taken into account.

I know they are tryng to allign the womens pathway to match the mens - so I guess they would be looking at open age. Your RDO should be able to confirm the requirements.

I’d certainly suggest that the (minimum) five women’s lines should all be Adult and at the highest level you can sort. If this was then supplemented by lines on a credible U18 male league (sounds like you might be considering the Southern Counties Floodlit?) then I can’t see this causing an issue

Yeah I’m hoping that’s the case. Not Southern Counties, but Eastern, which is probably about the same thing - mostly Thurlow Nunn and Isthmian U18s under the lights. Mostly as a back up if I’m struggling for games
