This came from a spectator in my U13 Academy game this morning after I gave a FK for a shirt pull.

I have absolutely no idea what he meant. Any ideas?

I would guess it relates to mark to be given to ref for his performance. Only thing is he is so out of touch he thinks ref's are still marked on a scale of 1-10 which they used to be until many seasons ago.
