Ridiculous match this morning where the home team just wanted to argue with me for 90 mins.
I'd like to thank the referee who I lined for against this very team (3 weeks ago) for being last weeks ref and accepting dissent all match.
Don't worry mate, I'll do your job for you....

I agree with Brian.

I had a game like this a couple of months ago where I had nothing but grief from the away team. The home team players and manager were gobsmacked by their behaviour.

Game ended 8 yellows, 2 red, 2 misconduct.

At the time I was frustrated by their behaviour and felt I could have done a few things differently myself, which frustrated me further.

But after a few days I extracted the good bits mentally, binned the rest and it was a good learning experience.

So chin up, chill out with a few glasses of wine and forget about it for a couple of days until you're ready to pick the useful bits out.
