Am I the only one who thinks he has done a good job as captain here especially given the context given after. He initially tries to diffuse the situation I can understand aggressive attitude yellow but a red seems very harsh to me opinions ?.

What do you guys think of it? I know it doesn't fully cover everything that needs to but I think it was well done.
