Bad games come and go.
Best thing to do is to learn from it. Don't let it linger in your head for too long & just go out there next game and enjoy it how you would any game.
As for recovery my best way is to sit down with a beer and a book.
I do that. Would just be interesting to have a section to put the codes in so you could compare all games and have a little chart stating how many cards you have given and why you have given them so you could analyse them.
Butting in a bit now. How do you know if you are part of the scheme? I have an account but have never received a handbook but that just might be because I have stupidly always done my sign up mid season.
Just gave a free kick. Didn't see the point of booking him as there was hardly any time left and it had been a calm game so a booking seemed very harsh.
This was in my 5th game. A few years ago.
Red team were winning 2-1 and one of their players had the ball in the corner with a blue player behind him. The red player has gone to back heel the ball missed completely and caught the player where it hurts.
