I would be @Mike thats not right at all!!! If a club chooses to have a kit of that colour it should be there duty to provide undershorts or at least source them in the same colour!
very valid point @Russell Jones it does indeed I've sent someone off the other week for white undershorts under red shorts! trust me at half time the whole team came out perfectly dressed they knew!
Really you missed that?!?!?! ;) yeah exactly you cant get everything and i think thats the general trend. you can do what you can do and deal with the ones at the start but from then on you cant do a major amount
Cheers for all the replies. Greatly appreciated open to any views and some very interesting. Even the wedding ring idea. I'm not married nor engaged but wear rings generally but I take them off too
Ha thanks for you responses guys. I'm an eastern referee and I'm terrible with things like this. One of my et hates is scruffy players. I see it as if I can't turn up scruffy neither should they. Some great points above though. Keep them coming!
Afternoon all
after seeing a discussion earlier today and having a chat with someone else on the forum thought id throw this question out. if and when you do kit inspections of teams do you ever pull anyone up on presentation/incorrect kit for example sock tape looking scruffy or not the same...
Im with you on this one! It is open to interpretation to an extent but also shouldn't be used to bring other referees down with. I think SM has this spot on.
