PSV v Girona. Foul throw?
Something comparable happened in the Dutch competition some years ago. Ball was moving during a goal kick. The team with the goal kick scored and the goalkick started the APP. VAR cancelled the goal based on the moving ball during goalkick but the Dutch FA released a statement later that VAR...- FJM

Same sort of situation happened in the second Dutch league last week. Goalkeeper thought free kick was given, but the referee did not blow the whistle. (Could only find the clip in Dutch)- FJM
