Not really thought about going for promotion on women's pathway. I did about 5 games last season in Hampshire league.

If this is the case, and all observers need new training. This could have a big effect on people applying for promotion next season. we already have a shortage of observers.

I'm looking to go from L7 to L6 next Season, I had some good feedback this season so quietly confident. But I just wondered if any one is will to share a observers reports?

Well the game went well Saturday, took 18min before I had to make a decision, not to much to report back on, referee was very good the only thing he mentioned was to hold my flag higher. Also had some good feedback from the clubs both surprised it was my first senior game.
