I think the arms are natural position. Just look at the body head and feet. Its a little bit unnecessary to highlight every part of the player.

Also for the sake of the game, dissent should be enforced agianst. If you let it take place, it will spread as a sense that its OK to insult the referee and to try to play mind games with him. Its also ruinning your game you are reffing. Zero tolerance should be taken to halt dissent.
