True with NPL, though it’s a straight swap with Rushall Olympic who appealed last year from being placed in NPL. It could be argued that Quorn are more northernly that Rushall, but then perhaps Quorn could argue some teams are more north west & therefore closer to Rushall.

Quorn have been moved laterally and they are not happy - they are intending to appeal. I don’t blame them, though it will be difficult to win it, especially when they have been in the NPL before.

Maddison didn’t help himself by going to ground in the way that he did in an attempt to gain a penalty which is perhaps why VAR checked & passed within a few seconds.

And the probable reason for this is because they want to see more goals scored, though this then smacks one in the face when a goal is ruled out from VAR because there is a minuscule offside by a toe-nail (I appreciate I am over-exaggerating) & an apparent limited level of tolerance.
