Really? I was under the impression 2 dissent cautions meant they could be subbed after?

    Sin bins

My understanding is they would serve a further 10 minutes and then could be replaced at the end of that time period, providing the team hasn't used the maximum number of substitutes. One question that I do have though is if a sub commits and act of dissent that they are cautioned for, I presume...

    Triple save and...

Shocked people are even considering giving this. Absolutely nothing wrong

    Just got my promotion letter.

Huge congratulations, well done! What sort of standard is that where you are out of curiosity?

    Derby Penalty

He comes through and clips him from behind on the shin before getting the ball. I think it’s soft and impossible to call in real time but I don’t think giving a penalty here is wrong

    What to write at substitutions

Depends what league requires - often you’ll just need to know who has come on so the number of the player will be helpful. Check the league rules/team sheets if they exist

Junior/Youth "Surely that's only a yellow at this level ref"

What does age have to do with it? PC seems to be a term coined by those opposed for whatever reason to treating others with decency. Would you sanction such a remark if you refereeing?

Junior/Youth "Surely that's only a yellow at this level ref"

If, on account of your religious beliefs or otherwise, you say that gay people are going to Hell, that is an inherently homophobic comment. Nothing to do with political correctness, it’s just basic human decency. I can’t believe I’m even having to say that

    Citizen Foxes

Masterclass from Mike Dean so far really. Not put a foot wrong. One of the country's best, shame he's not 10 years younger

    Question

Not in the UK. Until you’re 16, you can only referee one age group below and younger

    Mags v Reds

Look at the reverse angle where you can clearly see his hands

    Interfering or not...

The only way I could see the answer being yes is if he dived forward to save it. If the shot is in the air the whole way (as it seems in this case?) I don’t really think there’s much of a case to answer? Difficult one

    Interfering or not...

What offence had been committed? How does the attacker’s positioning there, when we’re clear there’s been no view obstructed, affect anything? Sounds fine to me

    Mags v Reds

Why is the AR in the process of switching hands then?

    Mags v Reds

The arm across looks like it’s unbalanced Fabinho, you can see the AR about to switch hands there but then pauses. I think the foul is for the initial contact rather than the flop

    Bournemouth v Spurs

I can see the argument but it’s more of a push for me. No arguments with a red though

    Bournemouth v Spurs

Have watched it a few times, I think the red for Son comes from him stamping on the back of the opponent’s heel, the push just confirms it. Silly and unavoidable

    Knackered

Couldn't agree more with the above. The worst games we have are often the best ones, in a way, as they give us the best opportunities to self-evaluate. Think right from the beginning of the match whether there was anything you could have done differently. Any minor dissent you let go that you...

    Goalkeeper off line PK

Both feet, law is changing next year to just require one though

    Opinions needed

Two defenders in close proximity, ball travelling at speed and an awkward angle. I’m not yet convinced by DOGSO
