I would say that there is enough contact, if you're off balance and someone is holding your hand and pulling it back you would go backwards, which is what Welbeck did.

I was at Carrington today and had a look at the upcoming fixtures, I saw this one and the 12s and 14s are away at Sheffield, the rest at home, so you could be on either one of them two. Although it said it was at Sheffield Academy, so don't take my word for it!!! But it was printed at the start...

That's the easy bit :p To be honest, I felt the same, but it gets easier, you start to love it!! Especially when you start to see the results, even the small things that you will notice. It's good when you get a few weeks in and can see that the exercises are easier to do, makes you feel good!!:D

Absolutely loved it. Unbelievable, and even though I hate exercise (e.g. plain running, I love playing and refereeing, I just can't stand boring running) I loved this. I haven't done it for a while, but intend to in the next few weeks once exams are over and I've got a lot of time on my hands...

But it is the game in the way that the game is making them feeling that way...:rolleyes:

Not everyone can handle the criticism though? That is down to their personal character and that alone. But that might just be you. Others might not expect any abuse, and hate it when they get yelled at.

Not necessarily. What if you were getting an extremely large amount of abuse on every game, players screaming at you and so on, meaning you wouldn't enjoy it.
