Evening gents,
Just had my first two games today since last season.
First one I personally thought went horribly. Players didn't understand the new rules with one blaming me for them claiming I am ruining the game. (Thanks FA)
Second one was a lot easier since it was 6-0. Again a bit of...
Got my fitness assessment tomorrow. I've been practicing so I think I'll do fine.
Anyone got any experience with them? I take it I wear a pair of trainers with general fitness gear or do I have to wear boots?
How long does it last? Do I get to go once I've done it?
I've been assigned to a semi final game on Saturday and on top of that I will more than likely be being assessed as I am going for promotion.
Anything I need to know or should?
I'm aiming to go to level 6 and I've got the written in 2 days time. I'd completely forgot about it and I'm not that confident for the test on the laws of the game. I feel my knowledge of the general rules is good but I'm still not that confident. I don't know if I'm just worrying or...
It kept saying my password was incorrect, I was 99% sure it was correct but I reset it just to make sure. Still can't log in. I just get a message saying an error has occurred.
Anyone got any ideas?
Alright lads, bit of a strange question here and I'm not gonna lie. I didn't really know where to put this.
I am required to submit the month and year I started refereeing on an official document but I'm not sure when to put. I began the course in August 2017 but my final exam was in November...
UPDATE:
Thanks to everyone for their advice. The coach has been reported as well as the player.
If I could rewind time and use the advice given to me I would not have called the game early. How ever I can only learn from it and become a better referee.
Thanks everyone!
I was reffing a u10 game and with 5 minutes to go one of the players decided to kick out at another.
I send the player off and the coach asks why I couldn't just ask him to sub. I tell him that it's about the player learning that they cannot do that. He then says "What are they learning...
Pretty much my friends want to watch me ref but since it's an U11 game they think it would look a bit weird. They said they would be happy to linesmen so just to clarify, would they be allowed if they asked the managers, they allowed them and I allowed them?
League rules
Before I start this I'll say I'm not 100% sure this is the right place to post this but let's get to it.
I'm scheduled to referee a u11 match this Sunday. This will be only my 6th game and my friends have asked if they could do the line. I trust them as to not do anything stupid or biased or...
