I think this is where the laws should have some leeway as it was a clear error of judgement/mistake from the WBA manager (this is coming from a wolves fan!). But the LOTG make it clear that it has to be a RC. Don’t think there was space for discretion.

Where are you based? Happy for you to PM me. May be worth asking someone from RA or in your county to come and see you for a couple of games - sometimes we are missing a couple of small things in our game to make things easier for ourselves.

I also think that the penalty decision was correct too! So the fan was doubly moronic! Hopefully this will get enough traction to make a positive change.

Again - shows the calamity that is VAR. As a wolves fan I believe that Gomes was correctly dismissed, but the Damsgaard challenge was equally bad, if not worse. C&O needs to be changed to “incorrect”.
