    Arsenal vs Liverpool

...and as for Gary Neville suggesting a Liverpool player should throw a punch at Martinelli ?

    Arsenal vs Liverpool

Exactly ! that was an incident waiting to happen. Of course, I don't like seeing the player seriously injured, but I hope the world of football can somehow learn from this. The cheating / gamesmanship culture has got to stop and this is a perfect example of why. I'm sure Martinelli wouldn't want...

    Everton vs Wolves

Both seemed justified red cards to me. What frustrates me though, is the reaction of Moyes (and most other managers)...If you grow your hair long, it gives a greater chance of it being pulled ?..Oh, it's the lads thought for having long hair, is it ?

Ref halts game for 10 mins for spectator abuse to assistant

How would that work if he got to ref at a professional level ? How do you tell 5,000 Millwall supporters to stop swearing ?

That's intense reply lol. So what are you giving in this situation ? goal or IDFK ?

    Overhead Kicks

on another note, if I was the manager, for £200k pwk i'd be expecting my CB to be putting his head there, not pulling it back !

    Overhead Kicks

But players are not supposed to appeal. They should be accepting the referees decision. IMO refs should be giving these as dangerous play, without any need to appeals for feigning injury. If they did, there'd be no need for feigning

    Overhead Kicks

Shouldn't matter whether he catches him or not, or whether he feigns injury IMO. His foot was high and dangerously close to the defenders head

    Overhead Kicks

Anyone see the goal for Brighton v West Ham, where VAR looked at a possible handball ? I was more shocked that the ref didn't give a FK before that, for dangerous play when the Brighton player attempted an overhead kick with his foot right next to the defenders head. I think it's another that...

    Palace DOGSO

Personally I don't think Sarr should get anything, on the basis he's rolled over holding his leg when he hasn't actually been touched lol

Is there any point having AR's in the Premier League ?

I don't buy that. It's happening all the time. Sometimes it's delayed flag. Other times, it's very late ones

Is there any point having AR's in the Premier League ?

I disagree. I think it's more ridiculous that an AR at that level can miss this, than haven seen it and was too scared to flag due to VAR

Is there any point having AR's in the Premier League ?

He missed it ? That's ridiculous at that level

Is there any point having AR's in the Premier League ?

Just watched Ekitike score a header for Liverpool against Villa, which was miles offside. The AR completely ignores it, though. If they're not going to flag those, is there any point them being there now ?

How should a referee handle an unregistered player discovered during play?

Good question. I didn't think player eligibility had anything to do with us...but then, why give us a copy of the teamsheet ?
