I do this as well. A lot of refs in my area know I’m qualified and I will sometimes run the line for my brothers team or the teams that I coach. Basically every referee has told me to flag for fouls if I see one and if I want too. I usually don’t as most of the time, the ref has seen it anyway.
Does anyone know where the cassias tournament is held specifically? We were told it’s from Cascias to Lisbon. They didn’t tell us a specific location. So we presume that the tournament is held in different locations and we have to use public transport to get there?
Thank you. I appreciate it. I’m always happy to chat but I think I should have Set the boundary lines with me before the conversation started. Definitely a learning experience for me.
That’s fair. Thank you. Good advice. I appreciate it. He was a manager who seemed to have an opinion about everything and wanted to get involved in a lot of things so that’s good advice for not getting involved with him.
Thanks James. I did accept his point of view but he refused to listen to mine. The chat was held outside the changing room as I know that is quite important in these situations. I think in the heat of the moment, I felt like red carding him would just inflame the situation considering how...

That’s fair enough. On reflection- I agree. I think in the heat of the moment, I felt like he could explode and I didn’t want to walk away incase if anything he would do. He was angry enough as it was and I didn’t want to escalate it further. But then it could have been the right thing to do on...
To be honest, I haven’t taken a huge look at it since I’ve gotten it. It just syncs to my phone and shows data after I’ve done a game/ workout. There might be better people on here to ask!

Has anyone used masking tape over their yellow cards in the rain and used a sharpie? Does it work? I don’t think my card skins will work with a sharpie and I don’t really like using my notebook. I’ve got county u18’s tomorrow so reliable team sheets.
Thanks all
